Our fee notes will be due for payment within 30 days of providing service. We reserve the right to not undertake any further work on the User’s behalf in the case that we do not receive payment of our fees in accordance with these terms. In certain circumstances, Online Accountant may offer you the facility to pay our professional fees by monthly instalments, depending on your details. We do not charge any interest or make any charge. In the case of non-payment, Online Accountant has full rights and is entitled to charge interest at the rate set by law. If any services in addition to those set in the user and service provider’s letter are needed, we will advise you in advance. Such work will involve additional fees. Unless otherwise agreed to the contrary, our fees do not include the payment/costs of any third-party, counsel or other professional fee.
Online Accountant’s fee will be subject to the additional automatic surcharge of 2.5% of fees for the services provided, to cover a proportion of our indirect costs of meeting legislative and compliance obligations in relation to our understanding with the User. Such obligations include, but are not limited to, compliance with anti-money laundering, anti-bribery and data protection legislation. In addition, the fee charged by Online Accountant may also include an amount of disbursements which would be used to cover payments made to third parties, which are directly attributable to the provision of services provided by us to the user.
